The short version

The tools on this site run in your browser. The durations, dates, titles, and colors you set are processed on your device and are never uploaded to us. We have no accounts, so we have no account data.

What we collect

We do not collect or store what you enter into the tools. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and analytics services may receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited — used for security and aggregate traffic statistics only.

Embeds you generate

Countdown embeds point at this site's embed route with settings encoded in the URL. Those URLs are visible to any page that embeds them (that is how iframes work) and may appear in that site's server logs — but they contain only what you chose to put in them: a title, a date or duration, and a color. Do not put private information in the title field.

Advertising and analytics

This site may show advertising (for example Google AdSense) and use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Microsoft Clarity or Google Analytics) to understand aggregate usage. These third parties may set cookies or use similar technologies under their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them does not affect how the timers work.

Your choices
